Mr. Walters is an Associate at BAI. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Economics and Finance from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2008, and also earned a Master of Business Administration Degree from Lindenwood University in 2011. Mr. Walters is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder through the CFA Institute, and a member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of St. Louis.

Since joining BAI in 2011, Mr. Walters has been involved with various regulated electric, natural gas and water regulatory issues, as well as competitive service issues. These have included cost of capital, capital structure, financial integrity, merger-related issues and evaluations, risk management, revenue requirements, depreciation studies, price forecasts, and energy procurement.

Prior to joining BAI, Mr. Walters worked for American General Finance.  He was responsible for assisting in the management of daily operations of the branch, analyzing and reporting on branch performance to management, performing credit analyses for consumers and small businesses, assisting home buyers obtain mortgage financing, as well as analyzing mortgages to be securitized and sold as mortgage backed securities.
