Ms. Haarmann is an Associate Consultant at BAI. She graduated from Truman State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Data Science and Analytic Storytelling.
Ms. Haarmann joined BAI in June 2023 as an Analyst and was promoted to Associate Consultant in 2026. Since joining BAI, Ms. Haarmann has performed detailed analyses on a variety of subjects within the score of electric, natural gas, and water regulatory proceedings. She has experience in numerous aspects of revenue requirements of regulated electric, gas and water utilities. These analyses include cost of service studies, revenue requirement modeling, and assisting with depreciation studies. Ms. Haarmann has also been engaged in the creation of electric rate forecast models and assisted in evaluating alternative rates, contract negotiations, and infrastructure prudency.
